Unit prices remain unchanged throughout the contract, subject to its provisions.

Site mobilisation within 7 days
A team and equipment on site within one week of the work order.

Dedicated teams
We increase on-site teams whenever the schedule requires it.

Reports and correspondence
Daily and weekly reports and a three-week look-ahead plan, in Arabic and English.

12-month workmanship warranty
A written warranty covering workmanship defects after handover.
Starting the project review
Email the drawings, bill of quantities, specifications and target schedule. We review the scope and requirements to prepare a technical and commercial proposal and a project-specific mobilization plan.
